• Customized jewelry orders are final and cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

• Payments must be made in full at the time of purchase. EMI options may be available on select products.

4. Shipping & Delivery

• We offer free shipping across India. International shipping charges apply based on location.
• Delivery timelines vary depending on product type:
• Ready jewelry: 5–7 business days.
• Customized orders: 15–25 business days.
• Delays due to courier partners or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

5. Return & Exchange

• We offer a 7-day return/exchange policy only for non-customized jewelry, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by authenticity certificates.
• Customized jewelry, engraved pieces, or resized rings cannot be returned.
• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days after quality inspection.

6. Authenticity & Certification

• All silver jewelry is 925 stamped.
• Diamonds are certified and can be accompanied by lab reports upon request.
• Gemstones may have natural inclusions that are not considered defects.

7. Warranty & Repairs

• We offer a 6-month warranty on manufacturing defects.
• Normal wear & tear, loss of stones, or damage caused by misuse are not covered.
