Customized jewellery usually takes 12–15 business days to craft, depending on the designs.

Will I see the design before it’s made?

Can customized jewellery be returned or exchanged?

Since it’s specially made for you, customized jewellery is non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

Is customized jewellery more expensive?

Not always—prices depend on design, metal, and gemstones. We keep it affordable while ensuring quality.

Do you provide certificates with customized jewellery?

Yes, all our jewellery comes with a 925 Sterling Silver stamp and authenticity certificate. Diamonds or gemstones come with certification (on request).
